Goss is the managing director of PrideOne, leading the managed service provider (MSP) division of Pride Global. With more than 20 years of experience in contingent workforce management and staffing, she is a trusted advisor to clients who seek IT and non-IT contingent labor vendor management solutions, including payroll and passthrough programs. Working with a global team in the U.S. and India, Goss implements customized workforce solution programs that are optimized to meet the specific strategic needs of clients. In an effort to maintain compliance with the everchanging landscape of contingent labor and employment regulations, she advises clients on how to mitigate risk and adapt to the latest legislative changes. Prior to PrideOne, Goss was a liaison for consultants who have been placed on site with clients. Her primary role was to oversee onboarding procedures and conduct quality control by resolving issues with timely solutions.
