Kerri Sullivan

Sullivan is a senior vice president and leader of the staffing and professional employer organization (PEO) practice at Marsh McLennan Agency, setting the overall vision and strategy of the team. As a member of the practice since 2008, she draws upon her extensive knowledge of both the staffing industry and insurance coverage to enable her team to execute on a niche service platform. Sullivan is also responsible for creating and maintaining strategic relationships with insurance carriers and vendor partners to provide solutions tailored to the unique needs and exposures of staffing firms and PEOs. Prior to her role as practice leader, Sullivan worked directly with clients to solve complex insurance and claims-related issues. She solidified her expertise by providing in-depth coverage analysis, including the reconstruction of staffing industry products with several insurance carrier partners. Sullivan currently serves on the American Staffing Association women in leadership interest group. She has also obtained a number of insurance designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Associate in Commercial Underwriting, among others. In 2017, she was named an “Elite Woman in Insurance” by Insurance Business America.
