Kim Henderson

Henderson helps lead Cobalt Compass Solutions, which provides training and consulting services for the staffing industry. Training programs encompass the full lifecycle of sales and recruiting and teach the skills and strategies to create lasting customer relationships. Prior to Cobalt Compass, Henderson had 28 years in the industry and served as a member of executive leadership for a global staffing provider. As senior vice president of client services and global accounts, she was responsible for the development of international and strategic accounts and also established the government solutions business. She began her career working for a national staffing company where she served on the executive team and was responsible for the national sales strategy with execution across product lines. Henderson has a master of business administration degree from the University of Miami and a bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Florida. Additionally, she has Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Lean certifications and contributes articles for “The Staffing Stream,” Staffing Hub, and HRM Outlook. She has also appeared on podcasts for Staffing Hub, Staffing Monthly, The Elite Recruiter, CareerTALKS, Recruiters With No Limits, Fidelis Leadership, Ask a Recruiter, and Ivy Podcast.
