Shenoy is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Zeal, a modern payroll platform for staffing firms and large employers. Under her leadership, Zeal has raised more than $30 million from investors, including Spark Capital and Y Combinator. Shenoy also serves on the American Payroll Association’s digital payments committee, where she works with policymakers on earned wage access and digital payment legislation. Prior to Zeal, she developed white-label banking products at BankMobile.
