Pankaj Jindal

Jindal is a staffing industry veteran and the co-founder of Sense—the first talent engagement platform designed specifically for the staffing industry. With more than 20 years of experience leading staffing and recruiting technology companies, he is a foremost leader in the areas of talent acquisition, human capital, recruiter productivity, talent re-deployment, and candidate experience. Jindal used his deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges recruiters face to create Sense, which empowers talent acquisition teams to boost productivity, accelerate hiring, and better engage candidates through AI and automation. Prior to founding Sense, he was the chief executive officer of Akraya and president of Aditi Technologies and Aditi Staffing, and completed the Advanced Management Education program from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Jindal routinely speaks at staffing industry, talent acquisition, and HR technology conferences on a wide array of topics including talent engagement, employer branding, and recruiting automation.
