Torrence is a senior-level executive with more than 35 years of experience in the payroll/human capital management (HCM) solution provider space. Over his tenure, he has started his own successful payroll service bureau and has been responsible for leading regional and national revenue generation and growth for companies like ADP, UKG, and isolved. He joined PrismHR in August 2023 as the senior vice president of HCM sales to help expand Prism’s footprint in the payroll/HCM solution provider space.
