Seth Stein

In January 2020, Stein was named chief executive officer of Eastridge Workforce Solutions after serving as president of Eastridge Workforce Recruitment since 2013. He joined Eastridge as an entry-level sales associate in 1998 and has held virtually every position in its recruitment division, including overseeing two of Eastridge’s largest acquisitions—Abbott Staffing Group in 2009 and Operon Resource Management in 2017. Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a 100% employee-owned company, was founded in San Diego in 1972 and makes attracting and managing a skilled workforce easier through its strategic workforce management programs, innovative technology platform, and comprehensive staffing solutions. Eastridge is a nationally recognized workforce solutions firm, serves 1,300 clients annually, and places over 15,000 people a year through its 300 internal employees. Stein is a passionate speaker and coach on company culture, servant leadership, all things talent, and employee-ownership.
