Hosted Buyers Program

For $975 (a significant savings off the $2,095 nonalumni rate), you get access to all Staffing World 2026 sessions, plus a private lounge, curated networking, and a fast track to the exhibitors solving your firm’s toughest problems. 

This isn’t a passive perk. It’s a working program built for staffing firm executives who want to walk away with real solutions provider relationships and real answers.

Participation is capped at 30 staffing firm attendees. The ASA Hosted Buyers Program is a high-value experience; therefore, participation is limited.  

Exclusive benefits for Hosted Buyers Program participants include 

• A private Hosted Buyers lounge—your home base throughout the event, stocked with food and beverages, and available as quiet space for calls or meetings between sessions

• A virtual orientation before the event so you know exactly what to expect and know how to maximize your benefits

• An exclusive Hosted Buyers meeting (Tuesday, Oct. 13, 10–11:30 a.m.)—dedicated time with fellow hosted buyers

• An exclusive Hosted Buyers reception (Wednesday, Oct. 14, 12:30–1 p.m.)—capped off with a prize drawing (you must be present to win)

• Direct introductions to exhibitors who match the purchasing needs you identify during registration. You must visit eight exhibitors in the expo hall.

• A seat at the table with other staffing firm executives navigating the same buying decisions you are 

Hosted Buyers Program participants are required to 

• Attend the virtual orientation and both exclusive lounge events

• Visit the lounge at least three additional times during the event (be sure to scan your badge) 

• Visit and get confirmation from at least eight exhibitors (members) or 10 exhibitors (nonmembers) 

Complete a short questionnaire on your firm’s anticipated purchasing needs for the coming year 

Who Should Apply? 

The Hosted Buyers Program is built for staffing firm decision-makers who are actively evaluating Solutions providers, tools, or partners for the year ahead—not just browsing. 

You are a strong fit if you 

• Have not attended Staffing World in the past 5 years
• Have real purchasing authority or influence over solutions provider decisions at your firm (technology, staffing software, background checks, payroll/funding, insurance, marketing, and more) 

• Are planning to invest in new solutions in the next 12 to 24 months 

• Want dedicated time to compare specific solutions providers side-by-side 

• Value focused executive networking as much as the solutions provider conversations themselves 

• Can commit to the full schedule—this program rewards attendees who show up and engage 

This program is not intended for 

• Attendees who only want the discounted rate without engaging in the solutions provider visits and lounge requirements
