2015 ACA Employer Reporting—Final Checklist
All employers with 50 or more full-time employees in calendar year 2014 have reporting obligations for calendar year 2015 under the Affordable Care Act. The deadline for filing reports has just been extended. Reports must be filed with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service on or before May 31, 2016 (June 30 if filing electronically), and copies must be provided to certain categories of employees by March 31, 2016.
In this webinar, ASA outside benefits counsel Alden J. Bianchi will provide an overview of the employer reporting rules (who has to file what), then answer attendees’ questions on how to fill out IRS Forms 1094-C and 1095-C, what information goes where, and what codes to use.
