Highlights

Equity and inclusion are intertwined concepts that drive workplace fairness. In recent years, a dynamic transformation has taken place in the interactions between employers and employees. These interactions, coupled with disruptive macroeconomic conditions, are influencing turnover and overall employee engagement. Equity aims to tackle structural and systemic barriers while inclusion focuses on cultivating a workplace environment that drives a strong sense of belonging for employees.

Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, organizations of all sizes made ambitious pledges and commitments on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to enhance talent attraction and retention. Many organizations have fallen short of their stated objectives due to not having a comprehensive DEI strategy. Having such strategies can help businesses extend their reach and impact in the talent market, fuel innovation, and drive better business outcomes.

During the webinar, attendees will learn

  • How equity differs from inclusion
  • How to harness the power of equity to drive talent retention and build up a talent pipeline
  • The importance of DEI in business integration
  • Why belonging should be the ultimate objective of all DEI initiatives
