Highlights

Every year, scores of new college graduates hit the streets eager to start meaningful work and find their career niche—but, too often, they are unprepared to begin a job search and don’t know how to navigate the hiring process. At the same time, many staffing companies are in a battle for skilled talent and need to identify untapped candidate pools to provide workers to their clients.

If staffing professionals and universities knew how to partner with one another, they could more effectively expose graduates to job opportunities. In this webinar, Kim Henderson of Cobalt Compass, Marcus Ashe of Deloitte, and Jeremy Harenza of Sypris Electronics share lessons learned about the college recruitment process and outline a system for helping staffing providers team up with colleges and universities, introducing new graduates to client opportunities, and teaching talent to navigate staffing firms’ recruitment systems.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • Tips for partnering with universities to engage upcoming graduates
  • How to team up with universities to recruit new graduates and expose them to job opportunities
  • How to improve cooperation with universities by participating in advisory boards and panels
  • Ways to engage with diverse student populations and recent graduates from historically black colleges and universities
