Women in Staffing: How to Expand Your Network for Career Growth

Overview

Highlights

In celebration of Women’s History Month, join the American Staffing Association for a talk about the value of a peer community and how to network to advance and support your career. Finding sponsors, mentors, and your own personal board of directors is essential to career growth. Hear from some of the 2022 Women in Leadership scholarship winners to learn how they found a community within their scholarship winner cohort and broadly within the industry after being recognized as a winner.

The panel will dive into advice they have for growing and expanding your network, networking tips (even if you’re an introvert), ways to identify a mentor who will challenge your growth, and ideas on how to give back to the staffing community that has supported you.
