Highlights
95% of companies investing in AI are failing. The 5% that are winning have figured out something the rest haven’t: They stopped buying AI tools and started building AI-powered workforces. AI doesn’t fail from bad technology. It fails from bad management. Most staffing firms are stuck in the same place we see across every industry: overwhelmed by options, experimenting in silos, and investing in tools that never deliver real results for recruiting operations, client relationships, or back-office efficiency.
Staffing firms face this challenge from both sides. They need to operationalize AI in their own businesses, and their clients are about to start asking how AI agents fit into workforce planning. This session gives staffing leaders a clear, grounded framework for adopting AI, not as hype, not as fear, and not as another experiment, but as a managed workforce solution that delivers measurable results.
- During this webinar, attendees will learn
- Why AI requires a management discipline, not just better technology
- The single biggest mistake organizations make: treating AI like software instead of a workforce solution

- AI Enterprise Maturity: the path from initial LLM setup and training all the way to full agentic workforce solutions
- Getting Started: initial workforce setup, roles, budgets, training, adoption, and the missteps to avoid
- How to identify low-risk, high-impact AI opportunities specific to staffing operations without the guesswork
- What staffing leaders need to understand now to advise clients on blended human/AI-powered workforces
