Highlights

A 2017 study by the Workplace Bullying Institute indicated that 60.3 million U.S. workers and seven out of 10 offices have been affected by workplace bullying. Workplace bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators, which may include abusive conduct that is threatening, humiliating, or intimidating; or work interference—sabotage—that prevents work from getting done; or verbal abuse. These behaviors are costing companies, poisoning workplaces, and traumatizing the people in them.

But Bonnie Low-Kramen says it is possible for managers to eliminate bullying behaviors and foster productive, healthy, and profitable workplaces. In this webinar, she’ll shine a bright light on this global epidemic and offer real-life solutions for ending it.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • What workplace bullying is and what it isn’t
  • The effects and costs of workplace bullying
  • Who gets targeted and why
  • How bullying happens
  • How employers should react to bullying in the workplace
