Available Discounts

For Teams. Bring a team from your staffing company and save 15% on full registration packages. Discount applies after the first registrant pays full price and is only applicable toward THRIVE Live tickets, Staffing World/THRIVE combo tickets and Staffing World full registration packages.

For ASA Volunteers. If you are a volunteer serving on year-long standing committees with the association, you qualify for a $350 discount off a full registration package. Discount applies at check-out and only applies to a Staffing World/THRIVE Live combo or full registration package; no need to enter a discount code.

*Note: These Staffing World registration packages do not include THRIVE Live, which requires separate registration at an additional cost.

† Guest rates are for individuals who are not employed by a staffing firm or industry supplier and are not attending Staffing World for business or professional development purposes. Guest registration is not available online. If you’d like to register a guest for Staffing World, please contact Lisa Simpson at sw@americanstaffing.net. Please note that guests have access to networking events only, not keynotes or other educational sessions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Email ASA by Aug. 29, 2025 to cancel or transfer your registration. After Aug. 29, 2025, no refunds will be awarded.
  • Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation.
  • All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge.
  • Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
