Graig Paglieri

Chief executive officer, Randstad Digital Americas, Randstad

As CEO of Randstad Digital Americas, Paglieri currently leads a more than $1.5 billion business specializing in flexible talent and managed solutions offerings within cloud and infrastructure, data and analytics, digital and product engineering, and customer experience. Randstad Digital also empowers enterprises to maximize their return on investment with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and Adobe. Paglieri has successfully led major organizational transformations, previously at Kforce and most recently at Randstad—including a total revamp of sales, delivery, recruiting, and corporate functions, all while steering solid performance in a challenging economic environment. In his eight years at Randstad, he was integral in three acquisitions to complement Randstad Digital’s business portfolio and growth strategy: Celerity in 2017, Cella in 2021, and Torc.dev in 2024. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Paglieri is an active advocate promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, with a particular focus on women and veterans. He serves as a Severn Leadership Group certified mentor, a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay, and an advisory board member for Certree, a Silicon Valley startup specializing in workforce data privacy technology.
