Aaron Grossman

An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Grossman is widely considered a true visionary and innovator within the staffing and recruitment sector. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, he decided to leave a successful position with one of the largest staffing agencies in the world to start his own employment agency in 2001. Alliance Solutions Group, headquartered in his hometown of Cleveland, is a full-service staffing and recruitment firm, with a variety of specialties that focus on specific industries and job disciplines. Since inception, Alliance Solutions Group has experienced tremendous growth through its innovative service delivery platform. Grossman and the company have been recognized with a variety of awards, both locally and nationally, including the Weatherhead 100 (multiple times), which recognizes an elite group of companies that are the best examples of leadership, growth and success in the Northeast Ohio region; HR Partner of the Year by ERC and the Cleveland SHRM in 2013; and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015. These achievements, among others, were the inspirations for Grossman’s biggest endeavor yet, the TalentLaunch Network.
