With more than 24 years of leadership in staffing startups and software companies, Brennan is a growth-focused executive known for building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and driving revenue. As founder and CEO of Flexicrew Staffing, he led the company to nearly $50M in revenue, employing more than 2,000 workers daily across 23 states. Brennan built Flexicrew from the ground up—organically growing the business and acquiring a $10M company to expand into new markets—later leading the strategic divestment of the majority of the business, streamlining operations and retaining a profitable $5M segment. At every stage, he prioritized team culture, client satisfaction, and community engagement. He is a data-driven decision maker with a passion for connecting business strategy to tangible outcomes, who has assembled and led a 72-person team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. His leadership drove a 72% year-to-year revenue increase, and his ability to build strong partnerships at the director and vice president levels has been key to sustained success.
