Chris Loope

Loope is an accomplished technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise information technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across the staffing and professional services industries. With a proven track record of aligning technology with business growth, he has held executive roles including chief information officer, chief strategy officer, and chief digital officer at national and publicly traded firms. Loope has developed and implemented cybersecurity frameworks for several midsized staffing companies, helping them modernize infrastructure, secure critical systems, and ensure compliance in an evolving threat landscape. He also designed a cybersecurity managed security service provider (MSSP) vendor selection methodology, enabling organizations to evaluate, select, and govern MSSP partnerships more effectively. He currently serves as the founder of Pedagogue Systems and holds fractional executive roles driving transformation initiatives. He is a member of the ASA staffing technology taskforce and actively contributes to advancing cybersecurity and technology standards within the workforce solutions sector.
