Jeff Harris

Board member, Workforce Unlimited and partner, Four Piers

Harris is a 28-year veteran of the staffing and talent solutions industry and the co-founder and former chief executive officer and chairman of Ettain Group. As CEO and chairman of Ettain Group from 1996 to 2019, he led the growth of the company from a Charlotte, NC, startup information technology staffing company to one of the largest national recruitment and IT solutions firms in the U.S., with practice areas in IT, health care IT, and digital creative. Harris led Ettain Group through two successful private equity transactions, to NMS Capital in 2014 and A&M Capital in 2019. The company was acquired by Manpower (Experis) in October 2021 for $935 million. Harris is the co-founder of two industry peer groups: the Staffing Executive Roundtable and the National Staffing Alliance. He has been an active investor in, and adviser to, talent acquisition technology companies, including WorkN, ClearlyRated, RefAssured, and Undergrads. He is currently a board member and executive coach to the CEO of Dewinter Group and Arevo Group. Harris is a member of the ASA board of directors.
