Jeff Niles

Chief revenue officer, HWL

Niles joined HWL in 2018 and currently serves as chief revenue officer, leading a high-performing sales organization responsible for closing more than $5 billion in health care staffing business spend during his tenure. With more than 20 years of experience in contingent workforce management, He has spearheaded sales, implementation, and client service strategies delivering solutions to some of the nation’s largest and most respected health care systems. His leadership has helped deploy workforce technology solutions in more than 3,000 hospitals across all 50 states and the U.K. Before joining HWL, Niles served as vice president of sales and marketing at ShiftWise, a leading health care vendor management system provider, where he spent more than a decade growing the business to more than $1 billion in annual spend under management. He, along with the rest of the executive team, successfully sold HWL to AMN Healthcare in 2013.
