With more than 16 years in the staffing industry, Cross brings deep expertise in recruitment, operations, leadership, and training—always with a “people-first” mindset. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong teams, and creating meaningful community impact. After launching a company-wide book drive for children affected by Hurricane Harvey, she led numerous outreach campaigns, from providing comfort bags for homeless youth to gifts for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
