Judith Ojo

Chief executive officer, HR Media & Co.

Ojo is the founder and CEO of HR Media & Co., a minority women-owned human resource consulting and staffing firm based in Manhattan. With more than 10 years of experience across nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors, she brings a strategic, people-centered approach to talent and workplace transformation. She created “AI Ready: AI for the Future of Work” to help companies integrate artificial intelligence ethically and empathetically. She serves on the ASA direct hire section council and holds leadership roles with Brooklyn Community Board No. 12, the Organization for the Advancement of Nigerians, and the ASU national alumni association, championing education, equity, and civic engagement in every space she leads.
