Kim Whiteley

With more than three decades in staffing—and nearly 18 years at MeeDerby—Whiteley led the company to 13% revenue growth over the past five quarters. As president of MeeDerby, Whiteley leads a team of executive search consultants focused on the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem. The organization is has 14 times been on ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing list for client satisfaction and five times on ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing list for staffing employee satisfaction; in addition, ClearlyRated named MeeDerby to its Best Staffing Firms for Women list for the second year in a row in 2024. Whiteley is a board member for the local nonprofit SHIP, a high school diving coach, and an ASA mentor; MeeDerby is a sponsor of the ASA women in leadership interest group.
