Decker is co-founder and chief executive officer of Riley Decker Cos., a family of staffing brands. After his graduation from Miami University in 2008, he proceeded to be a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and investor for more than 10 years and counting. He continues to show his passion through his hard work and dedication day in and day out.
