Kowalczyk serves as vice president, chief risk, compliance, and privacy officer at Kelly, leveraging more than 15 years of leadership in privacy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity. Among other things, he focuses on building strong risk management practices to mitigate cybersecurity risks throughout an organization, working with partners from the front line to the c-suite. Whether it’s advising on data privacy compliance, protecting intellectual property in the age of artificial intelligence, or confronting fraudulent nation-state actors posing as information technology employees, his leadership ensures proactive defenses and comprehensive risk strategies, addressing diverse challenges in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity environment.
