Sarah Faye Pierce

Head of government relations, Paychex / Advance Partners

Pierce is the head of government relations at Paychex, a leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions, where she leads the company’s strategy and advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill. She serves as the strategic adviser to the executive leadership team and implements critical government relations advocacy to pursue innovative policy solutions. With more than two decades of experience, she has distinguished her career by holding leadership roles in government relations for Fortune 500 companies as well as national and international trade associations. Most recently, she was the senior director of government relations for Kimberly-Clark, where she served as the head lobbyist for North American brands before the U.S. Congress and 50 state legislatures on issues affecting the enterprise and business units. She devotes her free time to counseling professional women seeking to hone their advocacy and strategic capabilities. She is currently mentoring Ukrainian political advocates to combat misinformation campaigns. Additionally, she donates her time to coaching children from underserved communities at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
