Scott Holsman

President and founder, Next Level Performers

Holsman has more than 30 years of staffing expertise, having launched his career in 1994 with Express Employment Professionals. By 1998, he had grown his office from $1 million to $10 million in revenue in just four years—earning a Top 10 national ranking despite starting with a 5.0 experience modification factor. Today, he is the founder of Next Level Performers and creator of the Hiring Optimization System, which blends performance-based hiring with artificial intelligence-powered simulators to drive recruiter productivity and placement quality. He also hosts the “AI Works” podcast and advises staffing firms on scaling through innovation and AI adoption.
