Sheena Raunikar

President and founder, Integrity Staffing Group

Raunikar is the president and founder of Integrity Staffing Group and Integrity Professional Search Group and has more than 17 years of staffing industry experience. She specializes in workforce solutions across the industrial, office, and professional sectors, including engineering and information technology. Since founding her firm in 2018, she has built a company that was named as one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ fastest-growing companies of 2024. A people-first leader, she fosters trust-based partnerships and sustainable growth. She serves as vice chair of The ASA women in leadership interest group and holds key roles in multiple civic and nonprofit organizations. Passionate about community and workforce development, she is also a founding member of the Oyster Club—a professional networking group focused on intentional relationships, career growth, and supporting others in their personal and professional journeys—and a key partner in Elevate 18, a program preparing high school seniors for career success.
