  • Email ASA by Aug. 28, 2026 to cancel or transfer your registration. After Aug. 28, 2026, no refunds will be awarded.
  • Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation.
  • All cancellations will be assessed a 25% administrative charge.
  • Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
