Paragon Financial Group announces the hiring of Tom O’Neill. O’Neill comes to Paragon with in-depth experience providing small to medium-sized businesses working capital through accounts receivable factoring and purchase order financing.

O’Neill has 15 plus years B2B and B2C experience cultivating strong relationships with customers, referral sources, bankers, financial intermediaries and suppliers. When he began his career in the asset based lending/factoring industry, O’Neill quickly found an outlet for his entrepreneurial spirit. In his first half decade being in the factoring industry, he helped grow the portfolio of small and medium-sized business by 50% year on year. In addition, O’Neill specialized in the areas of accounts receivable financing and PO factoring for Government Contractors, staffing companies, importers, wholesalers and manufacturers.

O’Neill previously worked with a large Invoice Factor as their business development officer and before that a project foreman in the construction industry as well as operating his own business as a licensed electrician. He is actively involved with the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Commercial Finance Association (CFA).
