  The expo hall will open Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 5 p.m. The expo hall closes Thursday, Oct. 27 at 2 p.m. Exhibitors may not tear down prior to this time. Please plan your flight accordingly.

  It has come to our attention that in the past someone claiming to be with ASA has contacted exhibitors about reduced rates on hotel rooms at the convention hotel. No legitimate ASA representative would reach out by phone about an exclusive offer for rooms in Las Vegas, NV. We would publish it on our website for all attendees. Please use caution when receiving any phone calls about reduced hotel rates.

• Exhibitor Kit

  The Expo Group is ASA's show decorator for Staffing World 2022. They will send you your company's log-in information to access the Exhibitor Kit where you can order show services and manage important show information such as carpet, electricity and shipping your booth.

• Register Your Booth Staff

  Exhibitor badges are required for anyone working in the booth. Exhibiting companies are allotted two complimentary registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional registrations beyond complimentary allotment are available at a discounted price. The exhibitor registration link is currently not available.

  Here is how to register your staff:

  • You will need to login to register. Fill out the form and return to Francine Garner at the information below.

• Beware of Companies that Solicit Exhibitors

  There are many companies that lead you to believe that they are affiliated with Staffing World or a vendor for Staffing World. A few of the services they offer are databases, list rentals, and housing services.

  We will never provide our attendee or exhibitor lists to outside parties. Any solicitations you receive claiming they can provide you with Staffing World or ASA affiliated lists or databases are UNAUTHORIZED.

  ASA has secured a room block at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel exclusively for those individuals who will be attending Staffing World 2022. We are not affiliated with any other company who may offer for rooms in Las Vegas, NV. No legitimate ASA representative would reach out by phone about an exclusive offer for rooms in Las Vegas, NV. We would publish it on our website for all attendees. Please use caution when receiving any phone calls about reduced hotel rates.

  If you are contacted by any outside company you find suspicious or are unsure whether they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please forward to us at s****************@americanstaffing.net. If they use the Staffing World or American Staffing Association name, we will send a cease & desist letter.

  What can you do to stop the E-mails from these companies?
  Hit reply to the e-mail and type REMOVE FROM LIST in the subject line and hit send.

  • Block the sender’s E-mail and the domain in your junk E-mail settings.
  • Many junk e-mail settings will allow you to import a list of domains to block.
