InnoVergent, the Alpharetta based cloud accounting and financial software-consulting firm, is pleased to announce another strategic hire. Lindsay Matthews now serves as the company’s first Client Success Manager.
Lindsay brings a new dimension to InnoVergent’s customer-facing team. With a background in Account Management for the staffing industry, Lindsay boasts over 5 years of experience with strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
In this new role, Lindsay will be dedicated to fostering relationships with existing clients. Through periodic and proactive outreach to each of InnoVergent’s customers, she will oversee on-time renewals, upsells, provide value-added services and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
