Janice Litvin is on a mission to help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations. What makes her unique is her 20 years in recruiting; 12 years in information technology; her study of psychology; and a lifetime of working on her own behavior to become a happier, more rational person. Her best-selling workbook, Banish Burnout Toolkit, takes readers through the journey of untangling their behavior patterns so they can learn to modulate their emotions and change their behavior. Litvin is the president of National Speakers Association of Northern California; a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM Nor Cal), where she is a Recertification Provider; and a member of the SHRM Speakers Bureau. She is also a member of Welcoa, where her “Banish Burnout” course is a featured wellness program in the Welcoa Institute.
