To Equiliem chief executive officer Block, staffing and recruiting is more than a career; it is a family legacy echoed through the mentorship and impact of his father, Jerry Block, who for more than 48 years pioneered the industry by driving business success beyond revenue and forecasts. In 2022, Block was asked to contribute solutions to help solve the ever-growing crisis in the health care industry and was involved in proposing programs to various health care facilities, state departments of health, and numerous federal programs. Block also plans to take Equiliem to new heights by expanding and building a new culture dedicated to its people-focused mission. He is currently writing a book on Jerry Block’s legacy, the start of the technical services business, and his success in a family-owned business.
