Carson, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, is a seasoned staffing industry veteran with more than 20 years of extensive experience. Currently, he serves as the president of Evoove, a leading staffing firm renowned for its groundbreaking application of technology, unparalleled expertise, and unwavering commitment to client success. His career journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, laying a foundation of discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking that he carried into the staffing industry. From starting out as a recruiter, his roles have spanned recruiting, sales, and senior leadership positions, including serving as the chief executive officer of a large publicly traded staffing firm. His unwavering focus on leveraging emerging technology has been a cornerstone of his leadership approach, and he has been working toward the integration of artificial intelligence into multiple operational levels at Evoove.
