Our Staffing World 2023 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Hunley has been in the talent acquisition space for more than 15 years and holds a master of business administration degree from Butler University. He started his career in staffing as a staffing consultant (recruiter) with Adecco. Since then, he has been a corporate recruiter at a manufacturing company and a director of recruiting at a small agency where he led seven recruiters. He has also worked in the software-as-a-service space with Monster and Jobvite. He has had the opportunity to work with talent acquisition and recruiting teams around the world, from small staffing firms to enterprise-level global companies. His previous SaaS roles in sales, implementation, and professional services ultimately led him to product marketing.
Prior to joining Talroo, he was a vice president of business development at Job.com.
