ASA Certification Materials and Exams
Orders are normally processed and shipped within two business days. Online certification exams are delivered via email. Other products shipped within the continental U.S. are sent via ground service for delivery within three to seven days. For rush orders, expedited shipping, and deliveries outside of the continental U.S., additional charges apply. Rush orders must be called in to ASA at 703-253-2020 by 12 noon Eastern time or email c************@americanstaffing.net for next-day delivery. All sales are final and non-transferrable.
To be eligible to receive the Certified Staffing Professional® designation, a candidate must agree to uphold the ASA Code of Ethics and Good Practices.

Staffing firm member and associate member pricing are contingent upon current membership status at the time of the meeting. ASA reserves the right to collect the difference between member and nonmember registration pricing.

Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by March 6, 2026. After March 6, no refunds will be awarded. All cancellations will be assessed a 25% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. To cancel, reply to this email no later than March 6, 2026.

ASA webinars are free for ASA members, but registration is required to obtain login details. Nonmembers must pay registration fees for most ASA webinars.
Webinar login details will be delivered via email at time of registration.
