Who Should Attend

This masterclass is designed for senior leaders in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, including chief executive officers, presidents, and owners; senior executives responsible for strategy and growth; and leaders responsible for culture, accountability, and execution. Managers will also benefit, but the content is intentionally designed for senior-level leadership responsible for organizational direction and performance.

About the Masterclass

This is not just another webinar. Limited to only 30 participants, this exclusive format ensures a more personalized and engaging experience.

Over the course of six live, virtual sessions held every other Thursday, participants will interact directly with the presenter and collaborate with peers across the staffing industry.

Each 90-minute session focuses on practical leadership tools that can be immediately applied inside real organizations to improve clarity, focus, accountability, and adaptability, with one hour of instructional content and 30 minutes for questions, discussion, and feedback on intersession assignments.  The format emphasizes practical frameworks rather than theory, providing real-world leadership examples, offering opportunities for peer discussion and applied learning, and delivering immediate take-home value. Participants are encouraged to apply the tools between sessions and share insights with fellow leaders throughout the program.

Each session of this series focuses on a critical aspect of leadership effectiveness in complex organizations.

  • Recognize habits and default behaviors that limit leadership effectiveness during change or pressure

  • Align leadership teams around outcomes rather than activity

Beyond these live, virtual sessions, you’ll engage in breakout discussions and interactive activities designed to reinforce learning. Between sessions, you’ll complete practical learning activities and share insights with fellow participants in the online ASA Central forum. This applied learning approach helps ensure that leaders leave the program with practical experience using the tools, not just conceptual understanding.
