About the Masterclass

This masterclass series is not just another webinar. Limited to only 30 participants, this exclusive format ensures a more personalized and engaging experience. Over the course of six bi-weekly 60-minute sessions, you will have the unique opportunity to interact directly with our expert, Lauren B. Jones, and collaborate with other professionals in the staffing sales industry.

Masterclass Structure

Each session focuses on a critical aspect of AI in Staffing:

Session 1: The Multiplier Organization—September 9 (all sessions begin at 2 p.m. Eastern time/11 a.m. Pacific time)

Opens the series with the core reframe: AI agents should be treated like hires, not tools—with a job description, a KPI, and a manager. Attendees run a live audit of their own desk or agency to find where a task has a repeatable pattern, then leave having scoped or built their first agent against a real gap in their own business

Session 2: The Recipe—September 23

Teaches the prompting framework behind every working AI skill, then puts it to immediate use: a live build of a personal productivity agent. Attendees leave with it running and a two-week assignment to test it against real work.

Session 3: The Desk in Your Voice—October 7

Applies AI to the parts of the job that are hardest to systematize: candidate and client communication. Attendees build one communication skill against their own real desk language, so it sounds like them, not a template.

Optional Bonus Experience: In-Person Intensive at Staffing World—October 14

Those at the conference will have the option to register and attend a three-hour, in-person, hands-on session to build live and have an extended Q&A with Jones. More information coming soon!

Session 4: Building the Bench—October 21

Moves from individual skills to a system. Attendees rerun the Session 1 audit at the agency level instead of the desk level, surfacing the gaps that need a team decision, not just a personal fix.

Session 5: The Roadmap—November 4

Shows what full AI adoption looks like at the agency level, using a four-shift operational model (Prep, Parallel Scale, End-of-Day, Sleeping). Closes by naming the live intensive at Staffing World as where the agency-level gaps identified in Session 4 get solved, hands-on.

Session 6: The Finale—November 18

Join Lauren for a hands-on agent-building session. Learn the best practices for building agents whether in Claude, CoPilot, or ChatGPT.

Interactive and Collaborative Learning

Beyond the live sessions, you’ll engage in breakout discussions and interactive activities designed to reinforce your learning. Between sessions, you’ll complete practical learning activities and share insights with fellow participants in our ASA Central forum. This collaborative approach ensures that you can immediately apply what you’ve learned and gain valuable feedback from your peers.
