Processing and shipping details:
- Orders are processed and shipped within four business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. are sent via ground service delivery.
- A la carte online certification exams and ebooks are delivered via email within two business days of order.
- There are no ground shipping charges for all orders within the continental U.S.
- For rush order processing, expedited shipping, and deliveries outside of the continental U.S., additional charges apply and you must call ASA at 703-253-2020 to place your order. Rush orders must be called in to ASA by 12 noon Eastern time for next-day delivery.
