Staffing Firm Owners Peer Groups

Share

The American Staffing Association’s staffing firm owners peer groups offer like-minded business owners an environment conducive to sharing ideas and discussing business opportunities and challenges—all with the goal of improving their businesses.

Peer groups consist of 12–15 ASA member staffing firm owners with similar annual revenues.

Eligibility

  • Peer advisory group members must be employed by an active ASA member company with a gross annual income of $5 million or more per year.
    • Companies under $5 million per year are encouraged to participate in monthly networking calls of our Small Business Owners Group, launching in January 2023.
  • Participation in conference calls is required. Members must commit to attending 75% of all peer group calls (nine of 12 monthly calls).
  • Members agree to the time commitment and will rotate the role as facilitator for peer advisory group meetings.
  • Members must engage in open and transparent communication with other peer group members for the collective good of the group.
  • The groups will be self-directed, and group members will establish the agenda for each meeting ahead of time. An ASA staff member will be present and will contribute only if requested by the peer advisory group.

Antitrust Compliance

The purpose of ASA owners peer groups is to discuss current business challenges and opportunities for staffing firms. Participants will not discuss current or future prices, price adjustments, wage rates, profit levels, allocation of markets, or strategies for competing for client accounts.
