If you attended the ASA webinar “Unleash the Power of Your People: Building a Thriving DEIB Program” on June 4, this is your opportunity to share ideas and ask questions based on the action items discussed in that webinar, which looked at the true meaning of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and explored how staffing professionals can translate these principles into practical action within an organization.

Attendees previously learned how different perspectives and experiences not only strengthens your company culture but also drives innovation, profitability, and market share. Gain invaluable insights on securing stakeholder buy-in, establishing a sustainable DEIB program, and navigating potential challenges to build momentum and lasting change.

During this networking call, attendees will learn

  • How to identify the link between diversity and business success
  • How to translate DEIB principles into practical action within an organization
