NEW: Released in August 2023, the ASA Staffing Law Handbook combines and updates content from two prior legal reference books, Employment Law for Staffing Professionals and Co-Employment. This new all-in resource provides a concise overview of how U.S. federal labor and employment laws uniquely affect the staffing business as well as essential reference materials aimed at reducing the risk of legal liability for employment law violations.

This book is collectively authored by the ASA legal department with contributions from outside legal counsel on selected topics.
