A panel of industry thought leaders will discuss some of the key findings from the 2023 survey and share their own insights from years of experience in leadership roles in the staffing industry.

Profeta joined Staffing Industry Analysts in January 2011 and was initially part of the European team in an operations development role covering many areas, from member services to marketing and international research. In 2020, she became fully integrated into the research team, where she is now lead analyst for markets including Japan, Italy, France, Iberia, and Belgium. Her topic specialisms include diversity, equity, and inclusion in the staffing industry and wider contingent workforce.
