Founder and CEO, National Recruiting Consultants
Wesley is the founder and chief executive officer of Texas-based National Recruiting Consultants, which she founded amid the Covid-19 pandemic and quickly grew into a successful agency serving hundreds of school districts in need of special educators. She has nearly 20 years of health care staffing experience throughout her career.
Wesley is a current member of the ASA board of directors and is a longtime, passionate contributor to the association’s mission. Her volunteer journey with ASA includes active roles in the Mentor Match program, the IDEA group, the women in leadership interest group, the health care section council, and the health care section policy council. In recognition of her outstanding commitment and impact, Wesley was honored as the ASA Volunteer of the Year in 2022.

Ericka Hyson
Chief executive officer and growth advisor, Hyson Advisory
Hyson is the dynamic founder of Hyson Advisory, dedicated to empowering staffing industry CEOs to overcome challenges and drive exponential growth. With nearly 20 years of experience at ettain Group, she played a pivotal role in transforming a startup into a national leader. A three-time Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 150 Women in Staffing honoree and recognized DE&I Influencer, Hyson is also a dedicated leader within ASA. She currently serves on the women in leadership interest group and the membership committee and actively participates in the Mentor Match program. Her past contributions also include service on the ASA staffing technology taskforce.
Mandie Perdikakis
Director of organizational development, Gus Perdikakis Associates
Perdikakis’s role as the director of organizational development is to promote the social media, marketing, sales, and recruiting efforts of Gus Perdikakis Associates. This includes identifying new business opportunities and converting these opportunities into successful sales, resulting in more satisfied clients.
She currently serves as vice chair of the ASA direct hire section council and remains actively involved in the ASA Mentor Match program. She is also a former volunteer with the ASA engineering, IT, and scientific section council, continuing her longstanding commitment to advancing the industry through service and leadership.
Shannon Roodt
Divisional vice president, AMN Healthcare Inc.
Roodt is the division vice president at AMN Healthcare and is a trusted leader in workforce solutions. With more than 13 years of health care staffing experience, she specializes in managing complex, strategic client relationships and implementing comprehensive strategies, including contingent talent, permanent hire, direct hire, intentional staffing, and advanced technology solutions. A nine-time Presidents Forum award recipient, she consistently delivers transformative results and is recognized within the industry as a change leader.
In 2024, Roodt further expanded her impact by serving on the ASA health care section council, contributing to advancements in workforce solutions across the health care staffing industry.
John Ruffini
VP of professional development, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions
Ruffini is the vice president of professional development for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. While he has been in the recruiting and staffing industry for almost 30 years, he has spent the last 10 to 15 years in roles that have focused on training, mentoring, and developing individual contributors and managers. In addition to being nominated by his peers as the 2024 ASA Volunteer of the Year, Ruffini has held several key volunteer roles within the association. He is the past chair of the health care section council, education and certification committee, and the search and placement section council. His involvement also includes contributions to the Mentor Match program, the direct hire section council, and the operational excellence taskforce.
