2026 National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star Finalists Named

National Staffing Employee of the Year, All-Stars to Be Announced Sept. 8

In the week before National Staffing Employee Week, the American Staffing Association announced nine National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star Finalists.

An All-Star Finalist is an outstanding temporary or contract employee whose career exemplifies the staffing industry’s ability to help job seekers bridge to permanent employment, access new careers, or attain job flexibility.

The 2026 National Employee of the Year, and sector-specific All-Stars, will be revealed via video at the start of National Staffing Employee Week on Monday, Sept. 8.

The National Staffing Employee All-Star Finalists are

  • Lennie Gray, Express Employment Professionals
  • Alechia Randle, Fusion
  • Faith Regan, Foxhire LLC
  • Jessy Reji, The Arora Group
  • Dennis Taylor, Employbridge-Weststaff
  • James Youngman, Harvey Nash

“Through their employment with an ASA member staffing firm, each of our All-Star Finalists have improved their lives and advanced their careers,” said Richard Wahlquist, chief executive officer at the American Staffing Association. “As we prepare for the beginning of National Staffing Employee Week on Sept. 8, it is our privilege to highlight nine talented individuals who represent the close to two million talented temporary and contract workers who are a critical component of the U.S. economy, providing essential flexibility and specialized skills to organizations across all industries every day.”
