Highlights
Networking is often treated as a vague career buzzword — but in staffing, relationships are the foundation of everything. “Our network is our net worth” is a common saying, yet the advice to simply “go network” isn’t actionable. For many professionals, networking can feel forced, awkward, or transactional. And for those who have been in the industry for a while, it can even feel like you’ve already built your network and don’t need to focus on it as much.
The truth is: strong relationship building is a skill and a practice that can always be improved. This webinar reframes networking as a practical, repeatable approach to building trust and long-term professional relationships. Attendees will leave with concrete tactics for starting stronger conversations, becoming more memorable, and following up in a way that feels authentic—not salesy. Presenter Cordelia Calderon of Tracker will cover real examples, simple scripts, and a lightweight system for tracking conversations, so follow-up feels personal and consistent. Expect interactive polls, chat prompts, and tools you can apply immediately. Whether you’re an individual contributor, people leader, or company owner, this discussion will provide takeaways you can use at any stage of your career.
