Daniel Dallala

Dallala is a product leader who believes technology should be built to genuinely help people and businesses succeed. He currently leads product management at ConverzAI, guiding the strategy and development of the company’s AI-first virtual recruiting platform, built to transform how employers find and hire great talent.

Prior to joining ConverzAI, Dallala held senior product leadership roles at Microsoft. On the Dynamics 365 sales team he helped modernize the sales process through advancements in AI-driven sales forecasting, revenue intelligence, and relationship intelligence. Later, as chief of staff to the corporate vice president of Dynamics customer experience, he provided steady leadership through major shifts in technology and market strategy. Dallala holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from McGill University and a master of business administration degree in technology leadership from Carnegie Mellon University.
