Stephen C. Dwyer
President and CEO, American Staffing Association
Dwyer is the association’s primary spokesperson and is responsible for the overall direction and performance of ASA. He previously was president and chief legal and operating officer of the association. He brings a wealth of experience to his ASA leadership role, having served the association for many years as a senior leader and chief advocate. He is a leading authority on the legal and public policy aspects of staffing and has engaged in the association’s legal and public affairs activities as well as testified before legislatures and regulatory bodies and written extensively and spoken widely on the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry. He also serves as the North American representative to the World Employment Confederation.
