Staffing industry thought leader and former Kelly president Teresa Carroll believes that in business and in life, it’s all about the people you impact. She has followed that credo throughout her career, and it shows in the success she and her teams at Kelly had throughout her 27-year tenure with the company. In this session, Carroll will discuss the highlights of her Kelly career as well as her personal passions and advice for others—especially female leaders.
Carroll will review the habits and behaviors holding women back as researched and outlined in the book How Women Rise by Sally Helgeson and Marshall Goldsmith, as well as discuss the habits she most observes when mentoring women and share strategies for personal development.
